The Premium Car Detailing package for coupes and sedans is our top-tier service — designed for clients who want a deep, restorative clean and long-lasting protection. This package includes a full exterior hand wash, clay bar treatment, wheel and tire cleaning, tire dressing, interior vacuum, steam cleaning of all surfaces, conditioning of leather or vinyl, full glass cleaning, and a premium wax or sealant for lasting gloss and protection. Cancellation Policy
Payment is due 100% up front online to confirm your appointment. Appointments missed without notice will still be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. For any appointments cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, you may receive a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. Clients who need to reschedule with less than 12 hours’ notice will incur a $25 reschedule fee to secure a new time slot. Late arrivals over 15 minutes without notice may result in a shortened service or a $25 reschedule fee if the appointment must be moved. As a mobile service, please ensure your vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible area with enough space for our team to work. If weather or unsafe conditions prevent completion, we will reschedule at no charge. These policies ensure that Freedom Scrubbs can provide reliable, high-quality service for every client.
